Xiaomi Mi 6X with 6-inch bezel-less 18:9 display live images leak

Xiaomi Mi 6X, successor of the Mi 5X or Mi A1 (Indian variant), might be launching very soon. Recently, there were leaked case renders of the smartphone on the Internet and now hands-on live images of the 6X is out. We have had a good look at its design. The Mi 5X has an iPhone X like vertical dual rear camera arrangement along with a fingerprint sensor at the back and we have to admit it is looking very premium and classy.
If we have a look at the front, the Mi 5X is sporting a 5.99-inch Full HD+ 18:9 IPS bezel-less display. Now coming to the processor, if rumors are to be believed, it will be powered by Xiaomi's in-house Surge S2 chipset, which is expected to be unveiled at the MWC 2018 event next month in Barcelona. The Surge S2 is an Octa-Core chipset clocked at 2.2GHz along with Mali-G71 MP8 GPU, that has support for UFS2.1 and LPDDR4 memory.
The international (Indian) variant; the Mi A2 is also rumored to be powered by the same chipset (Surge S2). Although, it is still not clear if Xiaomi would launch the Mi 6X as Mi A2 under the Android One program like it did with the Mi 5X last year.

We do not know much about the rest of the specifications and features of the 6X yet but it is expected to be showcased by the end of February at MWC 2018 in Barcelona along with the Xiaomi Mi7. So stay tuned for more information.
